Berkeley Lacrosse Club is pleased to offer need based scholarships on a first-come, first-served basis. Scholarships can cover registration, uniforms, US Lacrosse membership, and equipment rental either partially, or in full. Please fill out this form to apply for a scholarship for the current lacrosse season. For multiple children submit separate forms. All information submitted is confidential.
After review you will be contacted by our scholarship representative with results for your scholarship application. If approved you will. be provided the appropriate discount code to register for the season you are applying for.
